1. Service Agreement
By engaging MySock for any service, you agree to the terms outlined on this page. These terms apply to all services including website development, digital marketing, automation, and consulting.
2. No Cancellation After Work Starts
Once work has started on your project, it cannot be cancelled. This includes any stage of development, design, or strategy work. Please ensure you are fully committed before confirming your order.
3. No Refund Policy
No refund policy is applicable. All payments made to MySock are non-refundable once the project has commenced. We encourage clients to review all requirements and scope before making payment.
4. Project Scope
Any changes to the agreed project scope after work has begun may incur additional charges. Scope changes must be communicated in writing and approved by both parties before implementation.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be agreed upon before project commencement. Delayed payments may result in project delays or suspension of work.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership of all deliverables. MySock retains the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
