Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the MySock Business Solutions website or engaging our services. By accessing our website or signing a service agreement, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
MySock Business Solutions provides digital services including but not limited to:
Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined in individual project agreements or statements of work.
Payment terms are specified per project. Typically, a deposit of 50% is required before project commencement, with the remaining balance due upon project completion or as mutually agreed.
Invoices unpaid beyond 30 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 1.5% per month. MySock reserves the right to pause service delivery on overdue accounts.
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. Please review your project agreement for specific refund terms.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all final deliverables, including custom code, design files, and content created specifically for their project.
MySock retains ownership of proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed independently. We may retain the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary business information, trade secrets, or sensitive data exchanged during the engagement.
MySock's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
MySock warrants that services will be performed with professional skill and care. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, search engine rankings, or revenue results, as these depend on many factors outside our control.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with 14 days' written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for fees incurred up to the termination date. MySock will deliver all completed work in an organized format.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email.
